By using Impush you agree to these terms. If you use Impush for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept them on its behalf.
Permission-based email only
You may only email people who have clearly agreed to receive email from your business, for example by signing up in store, on your website, or when buying from you. You may not use purchased, rented, shared or scraped lists.
Acceptable content
You may not send content that is illegal, deceptive, sexually explicit, hateful, or that promotes gambling, weapons, drugs, pharmaceuticals, cryptocurrency schemes, loans, or get-rich-quick offers. You may not impersonate others or hide who is sending the email.
Review and enforcement
We review businesses before they can send and review campaigns before delivery. We may hold, reject or cancel any campaign, and suspend any account, that breaks these terms or produces high bounce or complaint rates. Every email includes your business name, postal address and an unsubscribe link, which you may not remove.
Sends and payment
Sends are purchased in packs through the App Store and are used as emails are delivered. Sends reserved for a campaign that is rejected or cancelled before delivery are returned to your balance. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your contact lists, your content, and compliance with the anti-spam and privacy laws that apply to you and your recipients.

Impush is provided as is. We work to deliver every email, but inbox placement is controlled by recipients' email providers and cannot be guaranteed.
